MY CASE STUDIES
Find My App
This project enhances Apple’s Find My app by exploring why iPhone users often turn to third-party location tracking apps despite already having Find My in their Apple ecosystem. Through user research and feature analysis, I introduced new safety tools, location history, and driving insights while giving users more flexibility over how their data is shared.

Evergreen App
Evergreen is a mobile shopping app designed to deliver a smooth and intuitive e-commerce experience similar to real-life shopping platforms like Amazon. The goal was to design a clean, intuitive interface that supports both browsing and purchasing, while providing a seamless checkout and onboarding experience for both logged-in and guest users.

Lors Photography
This case study presents a redesign of Lors Photography’s senior portrait booking flow, addressing the challenges Rutgers students face when scheduling appointments online. Through journey mapping, peer feedback, and usability analysis, I identified opportunities to improve the login page, calendar navigation, and booking confirmation page, creating a smoother, more intuitive booking experience.
